I don't come to this work from theory, academia, or commentary. I come from industry, from inside organizations where decisions have consequences.
I've built and scaled products globally, owned P&Ls, led large transformation and change programs, designed operating models, navigated regulation, and worked across every function—from marketing and product to technology, data, operations, and people.
A core part of how I work is translating complexity into clarity. I help leadership teams understand complex topics—from AI and data to payments and regulation—through clear narratives and practical, concrete next steps that people across the organization can actually act on.
That experience shapes how I advise. I focus on what actually works inside real organizations, under real constraints, when AI, data, and digital change collide with legacy systems, regulation, incentives, and human behavior.
